Role Summary

You track the purchase quality of the vehicles in our branches in Austria using defined processes and are therefore primarily responsible for reducing our complaint rate

You carry out regular audits and quality inspections at our locations and provide the regional managers with competent feedback to encourage process optimization

You will process your collected impressions in trend analyzes and, in close collaboration with the relevant departments, create a long-term improvement in our product and service quality

Based on internal departmental data and feedback from our regional managers, you will identify both potential and inefficiencies among our employees and use your knowledge to coordinate various coaching and training courses

Creation and independent implementation of training concepts for new and long-standing employees as well as documentation of training documents.

Independent further training in technical progress in the automotive industry

In coordination with our headquarters and the “Quality Assurance” department, you will make a significant contribution to the development and maintenance of manuals on commercial, technical and documentary approaches.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in the technical automotive sector, combined with a strong understanding of purchasing, sales and services
  • Completed automotive training/master craftsman examination desirable
  • High social competence and teaching skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
  • You use your analytical skills to evaluate process flows and are able to impart knowledge and further develop skills
  • Your innovative mindset inspires you to use and optimize new, digital tools and working methods (presentation techniques)
  • You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and ambition, as well as excellent self- and time management

We require a high willingness to travel (approx. 30,000 km per year and at least 80 overnight stays) within Austria, in all federal states, as well as very good knowledge of German and English

As a technical quality manager, you take on a key role in the design and optimization of the technical purchasing process. Your responsibilities range from technical training, as well as further training and development of employees, to the implementation of new technical processes and ensuring the highest technical quality standards. You act as a central interface between the branches and internal departments by carrying out regular audits and reducing technical complaints in close coordination with the complaints department. Your contribution contributes significantly to the continuous improvement of product and service quality.
