Customs specialist at JYSK in Radomsko, Łódź Voivodeship, Poland.
Responsibilities
Duties of the customs specialist
- Preparing import customs declarations and corrections for JYSK warehouses.
- Preparing the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Communicate with customs authorities
- Monitoring changes in customs legislation and initiating their implementation in the customs system.
- Coordinating customs clearance for foodstuffs at JYSK.
- Cooperation with JYSK distribution centers in Europe.
Requirements
Experience in logistics
- Practical experience working with customs documents is a plus.
- Certified customs agent - welcome
- Goal setting and prioritization skills
- Open to collaboration and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Good command of the English language is required.
