(junior) HR Specialist

Role Summary

Do you not want a standard HR role, but a position in which you really make an impact, are given a lot of responsibility and have the space to grow towards an HR Business Partner?

We are looking for an HR Specialist who brings structure, maintains an overview and is at the same time a trusted point of contact for colleagues. Someone who ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, but also gets energy from contact with people.

Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

• First point of contact for HR-related questions
• Carefully organize onboarding, offboarding, absenteeism and HR administration
• Coordination of fleet management
• Working closely with the HR Business Partners in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Participate in international HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

You are someone who maintains an overview and brings peace, even in a dynamic environment. You think ahead, work in a structured way and colleagues approach you easily, not only because you have the answer, but because you really listen.

• 1–5 years of experience within HR
• Accurate, structured and strong in organization
• People-oriented and accessible — colleagues approach you easily
• You switch smoothly between systems, processes and people
• Good command of both Dutch and English
