HR advisor

Role Summary

As an HR advisor you are visible at our offices in Eindhoven and Geldrop. You are the sparring partner for our supervisors, chief security officers and various operational teams. You work closely with your fellow HR advisors and HR business partners, under the guidance of your HR manager.

You notice what is going on and switch immediately. You advise, guide, connect and build a professional and people-oriented personnel environment. You work in a close-knit HR team and are given the space to really make an impact. Your role is mainly practice-oriented: a combination of advising, coaching and on behalf of HR you are occasionally visible to customers on location.

You support and coach the operation on HR issues such as leave, performance, behavior, employability and development.

You advise employees and managers on various HR topics – from absenteeism to the advancement of employees within the organization.

You identify trends from the operation and translate these into improvement opportunities for the HR team and the organization.

You work closely with Recruitment, L&D, HR operations and the HR Service Center.

You contribute to HR projects within the region, such as sustainable employability, culture and the Employee Engagement Survey.

Working with systems such as AFAS Profit and MS Office.

Requirements

• You have an HBO diploma in HRM or a similar field
• You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR (advisory) role
• You feel at home in a dynamic, operational environment
• You are visible, approachable, pragmatic and have strong communication skills
• You like diversity of tasks, contacts and quick switching
• You have basic knowledge of labor law (e.g. the Gatekeeper Improvement Act) and know how to apply this practically
