Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for an IT analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables
The IT analyst will mainly support the operations team with the implementation activities of this service, that is to say, the migration of all software from an educational organization processing center, to the environment managed by the organization.
The IT analyst is notably responsible for
work closely with various stakeholders to analyze, organize and execute the deployment plan as planned;
exercise an advisory role with customers in the use of the service to which they have subscribed, while respecting the guidelines given.
Responsibilities
The main activities of the IT analyst include
- analyze the specific needs of customers, determine potential sources of difficulties and propose recommendations and possible solutions;
- monitor the management of interactions, incidents and problems;
- manage, install and update the organization's current product environments and services;
- execute the planned deployment plan in accordance with the planned schedule and deadlines;
- contribute to the optimization and automation of deployment, validation, monitoring and other tools;
contribute to the implementation, evolution, optimization and monitoring of security mechanisms and platforms of organizational software solutions in cloud mode;
- write user guides, procedures, messages and information documents;
- maintain clear and consistent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results;
- work closely with various stakeholders to analyze and carry out implementation work;
provide excellent customer service (particularly external).
Requirements
- have at least five (5) active years of experience as a computer analyst;
- have carried out, over the last five (5) years, at least two (2) mandates for the commissioning of an ERP or cloud computing of a processing center.
- The IT analyst must master the following tools and languages:
- Windows systems, in addition to Remote Desktop Services, IIS, web service management, SSL Certificate etc.;
- automation using PowerShell/other available tools;
- database management with Microsoft SQ;
- concepts related to monitoring and availability of services;
understand the concepts related to the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Active Directory, identity management, the concepts of RBAC, CAP, and the various tools;
- server virtualization;
- security systems such as a firewall, SSL VPN, Anti-Virus;
- basic networking concepts;
- WORKPLACE
The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
