Internship (f/m/d) construction management / construction management 80-100% in Chur

Role Summary

Would you like to gain practical experience in construction management of innovative and sustainable construction projects? Then lay the foundation for a successful career and become part of our team in Chur on January 1st, 2027 or by arrangement.

In our interdisciplinary projects, you will work closely with the construction and project management and gain valuable insights into the execution. You will be employed in our office in Zurich. For the duration of your internship, you will accompany the major project at the New Graubünden University of Applied Sciences and will therefore be on site in Chur.

• Participate in the timely, cost- and quality-based execution of building construction projects as well as support the construction management
• Checking offers, invoices, supplements, risks and forecast determinations
• Support in scheduling and planning as well as monitoring construction progress
• Participate in tendering, awarding and contract conclusion
• Support in the coordination of local entrepreneurs
• Creating cost/schedule reports, presentations and budget overviews
• Taking on subtasks in the area of lean construction management

Requirements

• Study in the field of architecture, civil or industrial engineering (construction specialization) or in a comparable course of study
• First practical experience in the field of architecture/civil engineering is an advantage
• Willingness to be present on site at the construction site on a daily basis
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Passion for innovation and sustainability
• Availability ideally for at least 6 months with a workload of 80-100%
