Role Summary

Would you like to gain practical experience in construction management of innovative and sustainable construction projects? Then lay the foundation for a successful career and become part of our team in Basel on July 1st, 2026 or by arrangement.

In our interdisciplinary projects you have the opportunity to get to know other areas of Drees & Sommer. We also offer you the chance to write your thesis with us and then be taken on in a permanent position.

• Participate in the timely, cost- and quality-based execution of building construction projects as well as support the construction management
• Checking offers, invoices, supplements, risks and forecast determinations
• Support in scheduling and planning as well as monitoring construction progress
• Participate in tendering, awarding and contract conclusion
• Creating cost/schedule reports, presentations and budget overviews
• Taking on subtasks in the area of lean construction management

Requirements

• Study in the field of architecture, civil or industrial engineering (construction specialization) or in a comparable course of study
• First practical experience in the field of architecture/civil engineering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Passion for innovation and sustainability
• Availability ideally for at least 6 months with a workload of 80-100%
