Role Summary

Become part of our CIVIL team. We manage, develop, design and plan infrastructure projects of all kinds in railway and tunnel construction. We accompany these projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a project engineer for diverse and demanding projects of various sizes in the area of railway construction.
  • Railway civil engineering and roadway planning in close cooperation with the support construction department and interface coordination with the specialist railway technology services.
  • Support in construction phase planning for the implementation of complex renovation and new construction projects during operation.
  • Support with BIM projects and creation of BIM models (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
  • Local and specialist construction management of demanding railway construction projects
  • Participate in negotiations with the client as well as authorities and construction companies.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH, EPFL or FH) or qualified technician in HF construction planning and engineering and you may have gained initial experience in an internship.
  • German native language or at least C1 – fluent verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for the railway world and joy in implementing demanding infrastructure projects
  • Enjoy open communication and teamwork – you actively contribute to a positive, constructive working environment.
  • High motivation to learn new things: Many subject areas (e.g. BIM) are new for young professionals. We support you with our specialist knowledge and broad experience.
