Role Summary

Become part of our CIVIL team. We manage, develop, design and plan infrastructure projects of all kinds. We accompany these projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

Take on responsibility with us as

HEAD:IN RAILWAY ENGINEERING & ROAD CONSTRUCTION 80-100% – ZURICH

• Operational and technical management of the Market Service Area Railway Civil Engineering & Road Construction
• Personnel responsibility for several well-coordinated departments and teams with around 75 employees.
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships, acquisition responsibility within the portfolio and active further development of the market service area.
• Further development and support of a location in Poland (or in nearby countries)
• Project management and collaboration in demanding and future-oriented projects
• Representation in relevant specialist committees and associations

Requirements

• Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in the field of railway construction and/or national highway construction
• You have a strategic mindset and are able to quickly understand complex situations, make difficult decisions and identify business opportunities within and outside your own functional area.
• Many years of experience in project management in rail and/or road infrastructure projects, complemented by leadership responsibility
• Established network in the industry as well as a valued personality among customers and partners
• Professional appearance as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Leadership and communication skills for the committed management of a larger department
• Fluent German and good English skills (oral and written)
