We are looking for a versatile profile for the management, coordination and satisfaction of the needs of clients assigned to Internal Sales. The person will be responsible for searching for the best supplies and suppliers with quality-price criteria, monitoring the complete supply cycle. In addition, you will be in charge of registering customer sales orders in the ERP and purchasing from suppliers of said products.

Responsibilities

• Management and execution of offers, customer orders and their respective monitoring.
• Consultation and negotiation of prices and delivery times with approved suppliers.
• Coordination of the special requirements of the product to be purchased and continuous monitoring of the order portfolio to achieve objectives.
• Study and management of purchase forecasts by TOP client or Key Account in conjunction with External Sales.
• Analysis of purchasing needs, short and long term planning, and placing orders to the most beneficial approved supplier.
• Search for efficient suppliers, request quotes and prepare comparisons to facilitate decision making.
• Control of the evolution of stocks, supervision of the quality of the products purchased and management of purchase documentation.
• Attention, transmission and management of complaints, incidents and material returns.
• Constant coordination with the Logistics Department.

Requirements

• Real experience in industrial supplies, technical distribution or machinery manufacturing, ideally in a technical office or similar position.
• Knowledge of mechanical products: power transmission, sprockets, pulleys, bearings, chains, belts, motors, reducers and other mechanical parts of machines.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical workshop and machining plans.
• Office automation and ERP at an advanced level, specifically Microsoft 365 and management systems.
• Rigor and organization for monitoring orders, offers, forecasts and stocks.
• Orientation to internal and external clients with high coordination capacity.

Desirable

• Profile capable of combining commercial management tasks with supply tasks, assuming the repetitive and operational part of the process.
• High capacity for adaptation to assume a long learning process and local training.
