Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise projects from the initial idea to its final delivery.
• Define objectives, scope, schedules and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks and track progress.
• Monitor risks, resolve unforeseen events and guarantee compliance with deadlines.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with clients, stakeholders and internal team.
• Prepare progress reports and propose continuous improvements in processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI).
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Mastery of management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
• Analysis, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy and proactivity to coordinate remote and multicultural teams.

What we value

• Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or others.
• Experience in sectors such as technology, digital marketing, e-commerce or software development.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
• Ability to prepare executive reports and strategic presentations.
• Full time (Monday to Friday, with recommended start from 12 noon Spain)
