Role Summary

Full Time Remote Opportunity in LATAM! We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Specialist

Are you passionate about content that breaks the mold and generates real engagement? At We Are TIMS we are looking for our next star to amplify our voice on social networks and consolidate ourselves as the company that connects the best remote talent in LATAM with the world.

What will you do in this role (and why is it exciting)?

TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn: You will be the mastermind behind our creative and strategic content for these platforms. Freedom to innovate!

Power Design: You will create engaging graphic and audiovisual pieces (Reels, carousels, microvideos, stories, infographics, everything!).

B2C & B2B Strategy: You will generate aspirational content that attracts talent (B2C) and you will support awareness, storytelling and Employer Branding campaigns (B2B).

Calendar & Performance: You will manage the editorial calendar and analyze monthly performance to maximize reach and growth.
