Research Assistant / Researcher (100% Remote - Full-time)

Are you an extremely detailed person, are you passionate about methodical research and have proven professional experience in extracting key information from complex documents? This opportunity is for you!

We are looking for a Research Assistant who has already worked in Web Researcher or Documentation Analyst roles, with experience in analyzing and reviewing business documentation. Ideally, with knowledge in the Prop Trading or Trading industry. You will be the key to keeping our critical database accurate and up-to-date.

What will you do? (Key Responsibilities)

In-depth Research and Compilation: You will search and compile updated information on companies, specifications and sector requirements, applying advanced Web Research techniques.

Critical Document Analysis: You will thoroughly read and interpret FAQs, terms and conditions, internal policies and dense information documents.

Constant Monitoring: You will be attentive to relevant changes in the documentation to ensure the validity of our data.

Critical Data Management: You will maintain an organized, updated and robust database in Google Sheets.

Essential! What Do You Need to Succeed? (Key Requirements)

PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A WEB RESEARCHER OR VERY RELATED POSITION (NON-NEGOTIABLE). You will demonstrate proven ability for methodical online research, close reading, and critical thinking aimed at data extraction.

Sector Knowledge: Experience or strong understanding of the Prop Trading or Trading industry is a must.

Data Management: Basic/intermediate level of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas and data organization).

English (Reading): Basic/intermediate level, sufficient to read and understand documents and FAQs.

Meticulous Organization: Orderly, constant, meticulous and quality-oriented work.

Ideal Profile: A "Detective" of Detail and Documents

Analytical, Detail-oriented and Consistent in searching for data.

Accustomed and with previous experience to delve into dense informative texts.

Responsible and Oriented to Data Quality.
