Role Summary

• Support in organizing and supporting events, including location requests, catering coordination and feedback evaluation
• Creation and maintenance of events in the participant management tool Ventari as well as support in the selection of new service providers
• Supervision of the topic of “materials and logistics” as well as coordination with service providers and agencies
• Creation of learning videos and document collections for the knowledge hub as well as collection and preparation of methods
• Updating checklists, guidelines and service provider lists as well as support in maintaining the group mailbox and keeping records

Requirements

• Studies with a focus on communication, media, marketing, event management, design or a comparable subject
• Availability for six months
• Good technical understanding, digital affinity and quick comprehension
• Strong organizational, communication and team skills as well as service orientation
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
