Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for an integrator architect with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
The main activities of the integrator architect include
contribute to the architectural vision of software solutions and business processes and the implementation of strategies for the organization and evolve the architectural principles;
- assess the maturity of software solutions in the sector and align plans to ensure their sustainability;
- see to the reduction of technological debt, carry out technological evolution and various follow-ups with projects;
- act as a reference to teams on high-level technological orientations and architectural principles;
- determine guidelines and best practices in the development of software solutions and process optimization, while taking into account business needs;
- carry out technological monitoring and participate in proofs of concept in order to improve the effectiveness of software solutions;
propose recommendations on technological orientations, the evolution of the operational model, the risks and the potential impacts of the technologies used for all solutions.
Technological aspects
- knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services;
- knowledge of industry frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular;
- knowledge of C/C++ programming languages;
- knowledge of modern security protocols (OAuth2, OpenIDConnect);
knowledge of data programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Scala).
Architectural aspects
- mastery of classic multi-tier architectures (2 tiers, 3 tiers, n-tiers);
- mastery of Microsoft Azure cloud services;
- mastery of web architectures such as Serverless, SPA PWA, API/GraphQL;
- mastery of distributed system architectures (Service Bus, SOA, event-driven microservices);
- mastery of deployment architectures such as monolyths, SOA and containers;
- mastery of design patterns (singleton, factory, observer, repository, etc.) and “anti-patterns”;
- mastery of good practices for dependency architecture, modularity, refactoring;
- mastery of TOGAF and/or Zachmann architectural frameworks;
- mastery of data design patterns (ETL, Datamart, Star schema, OLAP, ODS, Pipeline);
- mastery of business domain-driven design (DDD), SOLID principles and object-oriented development;
ability to work on complex and large-scale software solutions.
Responsibilities
Description of work or deliverables
- develop and disseminate system architectures and ensure their integration into all sector applications;
- guide the development, evolution and improvement of systems by taking into account technical issues and data exploitation objectives, as well as the company's operational mode;
- ensure alignment between application architectures, technological architectures, data and business processes;
contribute to defining the appropriate methodology to be used in the design and implementation of the architecture. This methodology must be structured in such a way as to ensure effective coordination between the different members of the architecture team and above all it must allow information to be shared effectively.
Requirements
- have at least eight (8) active years of experience as an integrator architect;
- have completed over the last five (5) years, at least three (3) mandates as an integrator architect in charge of developing integration methods and aligning the different architectural specialties;
- have already worked in a business architecture and process modeling mandate in a business transformation context;
- have experience working with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) software development practices.
The integrator architect must have at least expertise in different spheres:

- experience with agility in software development and the Scrum method.
WORKPLACE
The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
