Role Summary

Your way of working is characterized by care and precision and you also have an analytical way of thinking? Are you proactive, assertive and communicative? Then come to us as an HR specialist in Global Mobility.

This position is also possible part-time with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Contact person for managers, HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and employees for all questions relating to cross-border assignments, especially project-related assignments abroad

Operational handling of project-related foreign assignments and cross-border movements, including coordination with the project management, social security and tax audits, as well as the application for necessary documents (e.g. A1 certificates, PWD, secondment agreements, tax exemptions), secondment discussions, commissioning external service providers, etc.

Support with regular internal coordination and participation in meetings with external service providers (e.g. tax advice, payroll)

Working on projects in the area of global mobility, e.g. B. when creating standards for global mobility (processes, guidelines)

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, law or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources or global mobility
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of HRGlobal Mobility required
  • Knowledge of social security and tax law in the context of foreign assignments or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics quickly and in a structured manner
  • Experience in project management (execution, scheduling) is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
  • High conceptual skills as well as high social skills and very good communication skills
