Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments and provide professional, personalized assistance.
Responsibilities may include
- Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
- Listen to each client's needs, priorities, and concerns
- Answer questions regarding available benefit and coverage options
- Provide clear, professional explanations
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
- Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service needs
- Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, dependable service

- Once appropriately licensed, you'll help individuals and families understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options .
- Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, you'll learn to identify individual needs and help clients evaluate the options available to them.
