Food Hygiene Consulting Inspector / Auditor (M/F) - LA-ROCHE-SUR-YON

Role Summary

Join a team of professional and dynamic Auditors/Inspectors, within a world-renowned network!

With your experience, you are the Eurofins expert for our customers (collective/commercial catering, crafts, supermarkets and industries).

You carry out sampling, control and support missions in the field of food safety in catering and mass retail (GMS) mainly: hygiene audits, advisory visits, coaching, FSQS inspections, training, etc.

Depending on your experience, you will be able to carry out specialized expertise missions for our clients (PMS implementation, carrying out HACCP studies, drafting health approval files, etc.).

Requirements

• Training: you come from an agri-food background (Bac +2 to +5) or from a scientific background.
• Experience in mass distribution, collective or commercial catering is essential.
• License B holder.
• Required qualities: rigor, autonomy, dynamism and in-depth knowledge of regulations in the food sector.
