Field service technician – Carinthia area (m/f/d)

Role Summary

We are looking for you as a field service technician - Carinthia area (m/f/d) as soon as possible as part of a permanent position.

In this role, you are responsible for looking after our dosing systems in commercial kitchens, hospitals, restaurants and industrial companies and act as a problem solver (m/f/d) on site for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Installation and maintenance of dosing technology, primarily on professional washing machines and dishwashers
• They ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and resolve malfunctions
• You support sales in advising customers on technical matters and in sales activities, thereby ensuring sustainable customer relationships
• You will also work on current projects and contribute your knowledge and experience

Requirements

You are used to working independently and in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy giving customers competent advice. Additionally, you will convince us with the following qualifications:

• Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the required area
• You have technical knowledge with regard to the installation and maintenance of dosing technology
• You can demonstrate products and their application convincingly and practically
• You also enjoy traveling in a car, are willing to travel within the area of operations and tasks and have a class B driving license

A minimum salary of classification III 1.u.2 is required for this position. Year(s) provided for in the collective agreement for the chemical industry for employees. There is a willingness to overpay, depending on your qualifications and previous professional experience.
