Role Summary
Define and communicate the vision, strategy and product roadmap, aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, promoting autonomy, high performance and product ownership culture.
Prioritize initiatives based on data, business impact and user value.
Act as a bridge between the areas of Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data and Executive Leadership.
Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for the products under your management.
Conduct market research, competition analysis and user interviews to inform decisions.
Represent the product area before the board/management, reporting results and strategic directions.
Ensure the quality and consistency of the user experience at all points of contact with the product.
Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Management, including experience as a product manager;
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with mastery of product metrics (retention, activation, conversion, LTV, churn, etc.).
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (PMs, Designers, Engineers) in agile environments.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels, including C-level.
- Business vision combined with empathy for the user — knows how to balance data, intuition and technical feasibility.
- Experience with product discovery methodologies (Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
- Advanced English.
