Role Summary
Coordinate the annual global event planning process including objectives, priorities and budget allocation in close coordination with the Market and Product Line teams
Lead and coordinate global key events, exhibitions, trade fairs, technical days and digital events together with the regional marketing teams to ensure successful implementation and a consistent customer experience
Coordinate the planning, technical coordination, design and development of Demo Cell applications in collaboration with regional marketing teams, application experts, suppliers and technology partners
- Ensuring compliance with CE, safety, ESG and corporate branding requirements for demo cell applications and global events
- Maintain and continuously develop the global event roadmap and the event portfolio within the Robotics Division
- Coordinating communication plans for global key events together with the teams from Digital Marketing, Content, Market & Product Line and Regional Marketing
- Ensuring consistent communication, brand presence and customer experience across all event touchpoints
- Identifying potential for content creation and supporting event-related lead generation efforts
- Develop and maintain event management policies, tools and best practices to support regional teams worldwide
- Monitoring relevant event KPIs, budget development and return on investment (ROI) and deriving appropriate improvement measures
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the global event marketing community
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, engineering or a comparable field
- Comprehensive professional experience in event marketing, project management or technical marketing
- Very good technical understanding and experience from an industrial B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders
- Strong customer orientation and results-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication, coordination and social skills
- Experience in robotics and automation is an advantage
- Sound project management knowledge and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills
