Role Summary

Advice: You are there for our private and corporate customers and help them to protect their belongings and put the existence of companies on a secure foundation.

Analysis: Using modern tools, you develop protection and pension solutions and insurance concepts that really suit people and companies.

Working environment: The branches of our cooperative banks become your meeting place where you can experience personal advice and build trust.

Collaboration: Together with our team and bank advisors, you will win new customers and create sustainable relationships based on mutual trust.

Further development: In seminars, workshops and projects at our academy, you will gain valuable experience, develop further and lay the foundation for your future.

Requirements

• Completed business studies
• Strong communication skills, empathy and strong customer orientation
• Organizational strength and structured way of working
• Digital affinity and initiative
• Ideally, first experience in sales
