Role Summary

Combining theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.

Understanding insurance: You will get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.

Work in a team: You prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advice and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving license at the start of training
• Also welcome: If you have discovered during your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented manner
