Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Technical contact for production and project management in the field of automation technology
• Development, introduction and documentation of new and existing automation processes
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams and taking on sub-project responsibility
• Planning, control and implementation of automation projects including preparation of specifications
• Introduction and implementation of innovative technologies and new project solutions
• Creation of technical specifications as well as coordination and support of external suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring on-time implementation by suppliers
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all project participants
• Accompaniment of samples as well as preparation and evaluation of border samples
• Holistic support of projects from the design phase to the first series acceptance
• Active participation and independent implementation of measures in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Requirements

• Completed further training as a master or technician in the field of plastics technology or a completed degree
• Many years of experience in the automotive sector
• Experience in the field of process technology, especially in the area of injection molding (experience with Krauss Maffei is an advantage)
• Openness to new tasks (project work)
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Independent and responsible work, ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness for constant development and training
• Confident use of MS Office
