Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Glasproduktion (m/w/d)

Role Summary

At our location in Lohr, with around 480 employees, we produce the complete range of services relating to standardized and customer-specific glass packaging for the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetics industries as well as for special segments of the food and beverage industry. Join our team as a plant operator (m/f/d) and take on the following tasks:

• Monitoring and operating the production facilities
• Ensuring quality and smooth processes on the machines
• Carrying out the specified quality controls
• Reporting and rectifying any malfunctions that occur
• Participation in the optimization of processes and procedures

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic, locksmith (m/f/d)) or comparable training
• First professional experience in a production environment
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• Working independently in a team
• Careful working methods and high quality awareness
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area
• Physical resilience
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
