About this job
The BIWAQ project enables primarily long-term unemployed people in the district (Nordstadt, Malerviertel) in Großräschen to improve both their professional prospects and their social situation. To this end, qualified specialist staff are deployed to sustainably integrate the people in the district into the world of work and, as a result, strengthen the local economy.
About us: We are an established provider with many years of experience in the labor market integration of (long-term) unemployed people, especially within the framework of ESF-funded projects.
General conditions
Full-time employment 38 hours per week with remuneration (based on TV-L pay group 9) depending on qualifications and professional experience
Implementation and collaboration
Recruitment of participants through close collaboration with cooperation partners and all relevant local actors
Operation of an employment advice center, a neighborhood workshop, a community garden and a project kitchen

Responsibilities
- Needs analysis: Conducting individual needs analyzes of participants to identify their specific strengths, weaknesses and needs
- Development of specific qualification modules for participants
- Organization of training and further education including activation measures for the participants
- Participation in neighborhood workshop, community garden and project kitchen
Workshop management: Organizing and conducting workshops on topics such as application training, soft skills development, time management and other relevant areas
- Maintaining contact with the employment agency/job center when planning and implementing training and further education measures
- Close cooperation to achieve goals with existing cooperation partners such as job centers, KWG, trade associations, apprentice building yards
- Networking/initiating new contacts with possible network partners

Requirements
Willingness to work with public employment services (job centers and employment agencies)
Commitment and empathy in dealing with the target group
- Very good knowledge of the regional labor market and the district-specific challenges practical experience in consulting, coaching, networking, qualification and project work
