We are now looking for a full-time job broker/job coach (m/f/d) for our branch in Husum.

What to Expect

As a job broker/job coach, you, together with language and cultural mediators, support people with a migration background in integrating into the regional job market.

Responsibilities

• Placement of participants in employment subject to social insurance contributions
• Acquisition of employers for operational testing and labor market integration
• Support with application activities and labor market orientation
• Networking with clients, companies, institutions and support facilities in the North Friesland district
• Processing and maintaining participant-related documentation

Requirements

What we expect

• You have a degree, preferably with a focus on education.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the area of labor market integration.
• A Class B driving license is required.
