Role Summary
Your role in the team
You will become part of our IT Financial Services team. There we manage the ERP system as well as the interfaces and processes relating to incoming and outgoing invoices in the new e-invoice standard. Together with our e-invoice developer, you will ensure that the exchange of invoices with suppliers and customers runs smoothly. Your focus is on day-to-day business: you monitor the interfaces, connect new partners and get to the bottom of disruptions.

- Your task
System operation & support: Continuous monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of the system and interface landscape, 2nd level support as well as complete system and application documentation.
E-invoice & interfaces: Ensuring electronic invoice exchange (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol/EN 16931) as well as supporting inbound/outbound interfaces and partner onboarding.
Optimization & further development: Identification of optimization potential, continuous improvement of standard processes and implementation of new ERP interface scenarios (APIs, file-based interfaces).
Coordination & Compliance: Close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments and e-invoicing developers to comply with external and internal compliance requirements.
Requirements
That describes you
- Qualifications: Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist) or degree in (business) IT with relevant practical experience.
- Expertise: Experience in interface operations and system integration; In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and ideally in the area of e-invoicing processes (EDI).
- Technical skills: Experience with ERP cloud applications and modern cloud solutions as well as basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
- Personal skills: Analytical, structured way of working, strong communication skills (internal/international stakeholders), high sense of responsibility as well as fluent German and good English skills.
