We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with a strong focus on databases (DB2 and Oracle) for a highly technically demanding international project.
The position is 100% in Spanish, contractor mode and completely remote from LATAM.

🎯 Purpose of the position

Develop and optimize backend solutions in Java, with emphasis on enterprise databases, guaranteeing performance, integrity and scalability.

🛠️ Main responsibilities

Develop backend applications in Java integrated with DB2 and Oracle

Design and optimize complex SQL queries

Implement logic in database (procedures, functions, triggers)

Analyze and improve query performance

Participate in data-driven architecture design

Ensure integrity and efficiency of information

Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Java development
• Experience with Spring Boot/Spring Framework

Solid experience in:

• DB2
• Oracle

Advanced SQL proficiency

• Query optimization and handling of large volumes of data
