As Technical Leader, you will be the fundamental piece between the strategic vision of the product and the technical execution of the team. You will guide the software architecture, ensure best code practices, and enhance the technical growth of the engineers under your charge in a modern, distributed development environment (100% Remote Mode - LATAM).

Responsibilities

Your main challenges

• Design and scale robust, maintainable and secure software architectures for high-concurrency international platforms.
• Guide and mentor the development team, promoting best engineering practices (Clean Code, Code Reviews, TDD) and technical excellence.
• Facilitate making key technological decisions, defining design patterns, frameworks and integration standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into achievable and efficient technical solutions.
• Optimize delivery and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes, reducing deployment times and ensuring system stability.

Requirements

Hard Skills (Exclusive Requirements)

• Previous experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in software development roles and at least 2 years working as a Technical Leader or Software Architect.
• Tech Ecosystem: Solid mastery of backend (Java, Node.js, Python or .NET Core) and microservices.
• Architecture & Cloud: Demonstrable experience in the design of distributed architectures, RESTful APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Databases: Advanced management of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• DevOps & CI/CD: Working knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and continuous integration pipelines.
• Methodologies: Deep mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
