FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Role Summary

At Rekluti, a consulting firm specialized in technological talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Mobile Developer - Flutter to promote large-scale software projects for our main international clients.

You will assume responsibility for designing, maintaining and evolving highly complex mobile applications in a 100% remote environment, collaborating directly with high-performance multidisciplinary teams focused on quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

Your main challenges

• Design and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using the Flutter and Dart ecosystem.
• Analyze complex technical and functional requirements to convert them into fluid and efficient software solutions.
• Raise code quality through technical reviews, refactoring and the continuous application of good mobile practices.
• Collaborate directly with the Product, QA and Architecture teams to ensure agile deliveries focused on the user experience.

Requirements

Hard Skills (Exclusive Requirements)

• More than 5 years of verifiable experience in mobile application development.
• Solid and advanced command of Flutter and Dart language.
• Experience in development, maintenance and scalability of mobile applications in production environments.
• Analytical capacity for the definition and transformation of functional requirements into clean code.
• Previous work experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and in multidisciplinary teams.
