IT PROJECT MANAGER

Role Summary

At Rekluti, a consultancy specialized in technological talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Project Manager to promote large-scale software projects for our main international clients.

As a Team Leader, you will assume the strategic responsibility of coordinating and leading software development and infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with contracts and commitments in a 100% remote environment, with the option of in-person mobilization to Costa Rica according to the needs of the end client.

Responsibilities

Your main challenges

• Coordinate contractual compliance, ensuring quality of service, attendance at corporate meetings and the signing and formal delivery of project commitments.
• Control the tracking of agile methodological tasks in Azure DevOps and guide the best practices of Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Prepare periodically (at least 3 times a year) reports on technology market trends, comparisons, technical obsolescence and strategic recommendations for the end client.
• Ensure the team has the tools and support necessary to efficiently respond to critical incidents under support windows.

Requirements

Hard Skills (Exclusive Requirements)

• Complete university bachelor's degree in Computer Science (certificate degree).
• Current PMP Certification (PMI) OR Master's Degree in Administration (MBA, Projects, Business or similar).
• Mandatory current certification as Scrum Master.
• Current mandatory certification in SAFe.
• Demonstrable experience in the last 3 years leading software development and maintenance projects with a unit or group budget equal to or greater than USD 200,000
