Role Summary

At amber we are developing a business AI platform. Our mission is to make enterprise knowledge accessible, usable and secure – so people can find the right information, make better decisions and automate complex workflows.

We combine enterprise search, AI assistance and intelligent agents to transform the way organizations work. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and strategically thinking person as a content creator who will bring visibility to our products, our brand and our stories.

As a content creator at amber, you work at the interface of content, product, marketing and recruiting. You develop content that conveys complex topics around business AI in an understandable, relevant and visually appealing way.

Your focus will be on the conception, production and editing of videos - especially with a focus on our product. You make visible the added value amber creates for companies and their employees and develop content that reaches our target groups on the appropriate channels.

You combine creative craftsmanship with strategic thinking: you identify relevant topics, develop appropriate formats and ensure that our content fits our company goals, our brand and our positioning.

You work closely with product, marketing, recruiting, design and management.

Salary: €45K – €60K

Responsibilities

• Conception, production and editing of videos for marketing, recruiting, product communication and other corporate areas.
• Development of video formats that convey our product, its functions and the specific customer benefits in an understandable and convincing manner.
• Planning and implementation of content for our website, social media channels, campaigns, events and internal communication.
• Translating complex product and AI topics into clear, accessible and visually appealing stories.
• Development of content ideas and formats that strengthen our brand and position amber as a European business AI.
• Collaboration with product and design to effectively communicate product innovations, use cases and customer added value.
• Creation of recruiting content that authentically makes our culture, teams and open positions visible.
• Development of a strategic content roadmap and prioritization of topics, formats and channels.
• Observing relevant trends in video, social media, content marketing and business AI and transferring appropriate impulses to our communication.
• Analysis of the performance of published content and continuous development of formats and procedures.
• Creation and further development of reusable content processes, templates and standards.
• Ensuring a consistent visual and linguistic appearance across all channels.

Requirements

• Experience as a content creator, video producer, video editor, social media manager or in a comparable role.
• Strong skills in video production and editing - from idea development to recording to final editing.
• A good sense of storytelling, dramaturgy, imagery, music and timing.
• Experience in creating video content for marketing, product communication, recruiting or social media.
• Confident use of common tools for video editing, motion design, audio and image editing.
• The ability to quickly understand complex content and get to the point.
• Strategic thinking and a good understanding of how content contributes to brand, marketing and business goals.
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working and enjoy implementing ideas independently.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A high level of creativity, initiative and quality awareness.
• Experience with social media platforms and their different content formats is a plus.
• Interested in AI, enterprise software and digital products
