Role Summary

As a content writer in the education team at simpleclub, you will create content such as summaries, interactive explanations and tasks for the profession of “nurse”. You will assemble these learning modules together with our designers using images, animations, formulas and graphics. Your enthusiasm for and experience in dealing with artificial intelligence is crucial to making our content even more efficient and innovative. Together with you, we will advance e-learning and change the future of education!

Responsibilities

How you will make a difference

• You work with the simpleclub education team and create content for the nursing training profession.
• You will be responsible for compiling content using our tools by creating learning modules and assembling them with images, animations, formulas and graphics in collaboration with our designers.
• You will plan content for the nursing profession.
• You will work closely with our sales team and introduce nursing schools and clinics to our content.

Requirements

What we value

Passion for education: You are enthusiastic about the content of the apprenticeship and can therefore convey it in an understandable way. You may have completed training or experience in this area and therefore want to contribute to innovation in education.

Enthusiasm and experience with artificial intelligence

• Communications Professional: You have the ability to break down complex topics into simpler concepts that are easy to read and understand.
• Team player: You work hard, but you enjoy partying and having fun with the team. For us it's about balance.
• Excellent time management: You are able to organize your work and schedule to meet important deadlines. You have time for a weekly workload of around 15 to 20 hours.
• Flexibility and agility: We are in the process of becoming a fully agile company. This means you can allocate your time where it's needed most, depending on the priority of projects. No two days will be the same.
• Fluent in German, very good knowledge of English (company communication in English)
• Completed training as a nursing specialist

Bonus points if

• Experience as a practical instructor or teacher in a nursing school
• Studies in the fields of medicine or teaching
• Practical experience, e.g. through several positions in hospitals

💰 Your compensation: We 💙 Transparency. We have different compensation levels that we use to determine a fair salary for each area. Your compensation will be reviewed at least once a year. The salary for our working student positions is €15 per hour. If you have extensive experience in relevant areas, the starting salary can be adjusted to up to €17 per hour in individual cases.
