As a Performance Marketing Manager (F/M/*) at amber, you turn budget into a real pipeline - you control our paid campaigns via Google, LinkedIn and Meta, win qualified leads in the DACH region and measurably scale what works. With data-driven funnels, sharp targeting and high-conversion creatives, you connect our AI platform with the right target groups, reduce acquisition costs and accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities

• You develop and are responsible for our marketing strategy for an AI-based B2B SaaS platform and translate complex technical topics into understandable and convincing messages.
• You work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to clearly communicate the benefits of our AI solution.
• You develop content around AI, enterprise search and knowledge management (e.g. blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn posts, case studies or webinars).
• You explain to potential customers how our AI works, what problems it solves and what added value it brings to everyday work.
• You analyze the market, competitors and trends in the areas of AI, knowledge management and B2B SaaS and derive marketing measures from them.
• You develop campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness - especially via LinkedIn, events, PR and content marketing.
• You work with our product team to position new features in an understandable manner and to launch them successfully.
• You support events, conferences and webinars to position amber as the leading AI solution for corporate knowledge.
• You use modern tools (e.g. marketing automation, analytics and AI tools) to optimize campaigns and work data-driven.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in performance marketing in a fast-growing B2B area with a focus on SaaS. Ideally, you already have experience in an international European environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of the operational implementation and optimization of digital campaigns on business platforms
• You have a broad understanding of marketing measures from digital campaign management and webinar planning to social media, SEO or GEO and SEA
• You think analytically and are confident in dealing with KPIs along the entire customer journey
• You are familiar with HubSpot or similar platforms and can quickly familiarize yourself with existing workflows and constantly improve them
• You communicate clearly, authoritatively and convincingly in German and English and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
