As an AI Adoption Engineer (F/M/*) at amber, you will ensure that our customers get the greatest possible benefit from our business AI. You will accompany them in the introduction and use of our solution, develop suitable use cases together with them and support them in permanently anchoring AI in everyday work.

You combine technical understanding with joy in communication and change. You will work closely with our customers as well as the teams from Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer Success. You translate requirements from everyday customer life into concrete solutions and clearly show how AI, enterprise search and intelligent agents can improve processes.

Responsibilities

• You accompany our customers in the introduction and successful use of amber - from the initial onboarding to long-term adoption
• Together with customers, you identify relevant use cases and use them to develop concrete solutions for their everyday work
• You conduct workshops, training courses and regular check-ins and clearly explain how our AI solution can be used
• You support users with questions, analyze challenges and find suitable solutions - independently or together with the right internal contacts
• You configure search areas, prompts, agents and other functions of our platform to suit the needs of customers
• You test new use cases, create proofs of concept and accompany their transition into practical use
• You collect feedback from customer meetings and translate it into clear requirements for product and engineering
• You further develop materials such as use case descriptions, instructions, best practices and training materials
• You analyze the use of our solution and derive measures to increase acceptance and added value among customers
• You work closely with Sales and Customer Success and support demos, customer appointments and expansion potential
• You observe developments in the field of AI and contribute new ideas for the successful introduction of AI solutions

Requirements

• You have a completed degree or comparable training in computer science, business information technology, industrial engineering, business administration, communication sciences or a similar area
• You have initial practical experience in the introduction of software, consulting, customer success, technical support, project management or in a comparable role
• You have a good technical understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software, APIs and digital processes
• You are interested in artificial intelligence, enterprise search, automation and the practical application of modern technologies
• You can explain complex technical content in an understandable manner and respond to different target groups
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner and also maintain an overview of several customer issues
• You enjoy conducting workshops and discussions, asking questions and developing good solutions together with customers
• You like to think about business processes and recognize where AI can create concrete added value
• You communicate confidently in German and English and feel comfortable in an international environment
• You like to work independently, are curious and want to develop yourself professionally and personally
