Role Summary

The Moroccan office is attached to the ALMA Business Unit, which brings together more than 270 employees with varied expertise, combining business vision and technological excellence.

In Casablanca, a team of around forty passionate consultants supports large organizations in their most strategic technological and organizational transformation projects, thus helping to position Wavestone as a trusted partner for CTOs.

🎓 As a consultant within Wavestone Maroc, you will be required to:

Define new modes of digital collaboration, modernize tools and the digital work experience, boost the adoption of new digital tools for a major account.

Define IT transformation strategies towards the Cloud, frame these transformations on financial, technological and organizational levels, then manage the implementation.

Define and design models specific to CTO challenges on an organizational, functional, operational and financial level, for example: Management of mobile terminals (PCs, tablets, phones, etc.).

As part of M&A operations, manage merger or separation programs for the IT infrastructure allowing projects to be structured and executed across all scopes (applications, infrastructures, organizational, etc.).

🎓 Profile wanted

You are a graduate of a major engineering or management school.

You have experience or a strong appetite for topics related to the digital transformation of businesses, particularly cloud solutions, networks and DevOps practices.

You speak French and English fluently.

You want to discover the consulting profession and contribute to high-impact transformation projects, while developing your analytical, relational and methodological skills.
