Role Summary

Administration and Technical Support

Management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists,

workflows and authorizations.

Resolution of technical incidents (access, synchronization, file sharing, permission conflicts). Supervision of data migrations.

Automation via Power Automate and PowerShell.

User Support

User training and support, writing of guides, L2/L3 support, collaboration with Microsoft 365 teams.

Optimization and Evolution

Proposal for improvements, participation in the technical roadmap, analysis of usage metrics.

Techniques

Administration SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform), PowerShell, Power Automate, DLP policies, encryption, MFA, Conditional Access, migration tools (ShareGate, AvePoint), DNS/proxy knowledge.

Functional

Project management, user support, technical analysis. Soft Skills: Autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit, sense of service, technical English

Requirements

Bac+2/3 in IT or telecommunications + 2 to 3 years of experience in SharePoint/OneDrive or Microsoft 365 administration.
