CONSEILLER EN ACCOMPAGNEMENT AGILE (COACH AGILE) (P4D)

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for an agile support advisor (agile coach) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Requirements

Description of work or deliverables

• Support managers and their teams in implementing agility;
• Develop and implement skills development and process improvement activities relating to agile mode;
• Teach teams Agile fundamentals to allow them to gain maximum autonomy;
• Assume the role of facilitator by helping exchanges between the different project stakeholders;
• Propose, design and lead workshops as well as give training or presentations on agile methods and practices;
• Support project managers as a coach and/or Scrum Master in the implementation and delivery of projects;
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge at the end of the mandate;
• Any other activity required and requested by the Project Office.

Deliverables

• Detailed planning and work plans;
• Support documents;
• Periodic monitoring reports;
• Creation of diagrams to support management decisions;
• Administrative documents;
• Preparation and delivery of workshops;
• Management indicators;
• Knowledge transfer plans and materials;
• Any other deliverable required by the Project Office.
• Have an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in computer science or a relevant discipline;
• Have at least seven (7) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Have at least three (3) years of experience as an Agile coach in the field of information technology;
• Over the last 10 years, have led at least 2 agile teams as scrum master with Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks for a cumulative duration of two person years;
• Over the last three (3) years, have collaborated as an Agile coach on at least two (2) projects of at least 110 person days of Agile support in the field of information technology;
• Hold a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification;
• Will be considered assets: Product Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or agile coaching certification.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
