Cloud Technology Advisor - Intermediate (R19D)

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a cloud technology advisor - intermediary with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Responsibilities

Description of work or deliverables

• carry out analyzes and evaluations (needs, feasibility, cost-benefits, technological impacts, organizational impacts, etc.);
• evaluate new products and submit the results or scenarios for decision-making;
• make a diagnosis and recommend solutions with the aim of making a system or service more efficient and more efficient;
• collaborate in the implementation and implementation of availability management, capacity management, configuration management and event management processes for technological environments;
• collaborate on changes and production of technological environments;
• participate in the continuous improvement, updating and alignment of documentation (analyses, guides, procedures and working methods) in the processes in force;
• support the support and operations teams in resolving problems and incidents reported to them, particularly during the running-in or warranty period;
• plan implementation activities for projects of medium complexity and support teams in carrying out and resolving problems;
• ensure the transfer of knowledge to the various resources linked to operations;
• write various technological documents in accordance with the Macroscope methodology (Green Guide).

Requirements

• 1.Have an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in computer science, or in administration with an organizational information system option, or in a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or the equivalent.
• 2.Have ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology, accumulated over the last twelve (12) years.
• 3.Have three (3) years of relevant experience in cloud computing.
• 4.Have completed two (2) six (6) month mandates in an environment comparable to the organization.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
