Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a building advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables

Replace bimetallic wall thermostats linked to ordinary electric baseboards or a fan coil for main heating with electronic thermostats.

For oil, propane or natural gas main heating systems, it involves replacing the central thermostats with programmable electronic thermostats.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.

Requirements

1.Have a college diploma (DEC). This training must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. This training must be related to building: architecture, building mechanics, building estimation and evaluation, or any equivalent training related to building and/or construction.
