Role Summary

• You give our guests a wonderful start to the day with your smile and care during breakfast. Your tasks are:
• Preparation & setup of the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring a smooth and fast service process and implementing the Motel One “One Smile” breakfast concept
• Participation in the organization of the breakfast service
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams

Requirements

• You suit us! Because personality and host qualities are our top priority! What also sets you apart:
• Training in the restaurant or hotel industry and/or relevant and several years of professional experience in the hotel/catering industry in service
• Open, communicative demeanor and good expression, fluent in German and business fluent in English
• Host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Flexibility and creativity as well as a high level of quality awareness even in stressful situations
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide cross-departmental support – we achieve our successes together
