Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a web architect with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

The Web architect is notably responsible for

integrate cloud design principles, particularly in a Microsoft Azure context, while ensuring their alignment with the overall GRICS architecture;

contribute to setting up management mechanisms for distributed and heterogeneous production environments and adapting best practices based on operational reality;

define progressive deployment strategies, identify bottlenecks, propose creative diagnostic methods and find mitigation options.

The main activities of the Web architect include

participate in the realization of the strategic vision of modern software solutions, based on organizational strategies and architectural principles;

assess the maturity of modern software solutions and develop plans to ensure their sustainability by recommending solutions aimed at reducing technological debt or carrying out a technological transition and various follow-ups with the teams;

support efforts to develop solutions to ensure quality, security, confidentiality, performance and robustness;

act as a reference as an expert in modern technologies on technological orientations and the architecture of web systems with sectoral teams;

collaborate with technological development advisors to establish guidelines and best practices in the development of software solutions, while taking into account business needs;

• guide the evolution of the different software components, tools and libraries, in partnership with the platform team;
• carry out technological monitoring and participate in proofs of concept in order to improve the effectiveness of software solutions;
• produce the documents and diagrams essential to understanding the sector's software solutions;

propose recommendations to management on technological directions, risks and potential impacts of technologies used for modern solutions.

• Microsoft Azure cloud services; Automation tools, including Powershell and Azure CLI;
• modern security protocols (OAuth2, OpenIDConnect);
• industry frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular;
• architecture in DevOps mode;
• industry design systems;
• .NET development frameworks from 4.8 to 7;

Requirements

Description of work or deliverables

The main responsibility of the Web architect will be to conceptualize, implement and develop the architecture of the organization's modern solutions, including Mozaik-Portail. He will have the role of evaluating the current architecture and rationalizing it, taking into account the particular challenges related to their integration with the organization's other products. At the same time, it will also ensure the implementation of large-scale distributed web solutions.

• The architect requires several technical skills in order to be able to: evaluate, define and formalize the very design of web systems, design patterns, development standards and ensure that the development teams master all these concepts by training and supporting them.
• The architect must be comfortable communicating, explaining and defending the strategies and directions they propose according to their discipline or mandate because they may be required to communicate this information to various levels of management.
• have at least eight (8) active years of experience as a web solutions architecture consultant;
• have carried out, over the last five (5) years, two major Web solutions architecture mandates as part of system optimization and transformation projects;
• have already exercised an architect role in Agile/Safe mode;

have experience automating distributed system testing and creating innovative proofs of concept.
