• A good secondary school leaving certificate (2.0 to 2.5)
• Equality of the foreign school leaving certificate with a German school leaving certificate
• Good knowledge of German or B2 certificate
• Completion of 16 years of age

• Responsible personality
• Commitment and interest in medical and nursing topics
• High level of commitment and willingness to learn
