Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for an API integrator architect with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Responsibilities
Description of work or deliverables
- translate strategies and operational requirements into specific integration solutions, applications and technical processes, and define their functional requirements;
- play a fundamental role in defining analysis and project implementation solutions;
- manage the technical aspects of solution delivery from creation to implementation (which includes all aspects of development, infrastructure, data and configuration management);
- perform detailed solution analyzes and provide expert advice on highly complex technical issues that may affect all aspects of development, infrastructure, data and configuration management;
- manage the balance of current and future needs, both in terms of design and content.
The main activities of the API integrator architect include:
- design detailed integration solutions aligned with business needs;
- provide architectural leadership to development teams, act as primary resource architect and provide technical direction and leadership to all internal and external teams participating in the implementation process;
- create data integration solution architecture documents describing the characteristics of the solutions and the benefits they provide, and maintain the documentation in collaboration with enterprise architects and other solution architects;
- analyze and optimize the overall solution architecture by developing principles, models, plans, internal standards, budgets and design processes consistent with industry best practices;
- provide technical oversight of the data integration infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) and API platform configuration, and make recommendations on these to project teams;
- participate in the selection of relevant technologies and products, when requested.
Requirements
- have at least five (5) active years of experience as a data integration architect;
- have completed over the last five (5) years, at least two (2) mandates for the implementation of a data integration platform (API) as a solution architect.
- The API integrator architect must at least have expertise covering the
- following technological aspects:
- data integration platforms and APIs;
- have already worked with at least one of the following integration platforms: IBMConnect, Azure API Apps – API Service;
- have already worked with the following relational database management system (RDBMS): Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake;
- in addition to having the following knowledge:
- C#, Drupal, ASP.NET, Microsoft .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Json, PowerShell, YAML, Markdown and RESTful;
- Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and TFVC;
- master data and reference data concepts and solutions;
- platforms and suite of big data tools;
- cloud solutions and their implementation;
data governance principles.
WORKPLACE
The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
