Role Summary

• Act as Associate Product Manager / Product Owner in the Financial Capacity squad, in Credit products;
• Exercising influence on the product’s strategy, roadmap and business rules;
• Manage the squad's backlog, act on the prioritization of activities and governance of the teams;
• Actively participate in rites with technical teams (dailies, refinements, planning, review, retrospective, etc.)
• Communication with stakeholders and alignment of priorities, in accordance with the product strategy, maintaining as main interlocutors those responsible for partner areas, such as technology, legal, analytics, compliance, pricing, pre-sales, product marketing, and the like;
• Manage the product life cycle, including enabling a service discontinuation plan, when necessary;
• Monitor Revenue, Consumption, Budget, Forecast and Pipeline indicators in order to guarantee portfolio profitability;
• Monitor the squad's performance indicators, in order to influence strategies to achieve corporate OKRs;
• Construction of executive reports, demonstrating the tracking of deliveries and initiatives and their impacts on the results of the product and the area.

Requirements

• Complete higher education; Advanced English; Initiative, leadership and critical sense to make business decisions, whether to solve problems and deliver value to the customer; Proactive, seek to acquire knowledge and always be up to date with market news and competition; Organization and analytical capacity so that the proposed initiatives resolve, in an agile and quality manner, the customer's pain points; Be up to date with news from the Financial and Data markets to apply to the company's portfolio
