Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a project monitoring and control advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables

  • Project start-up sheet and project charter (project organization manual);
  • Detailed planning in MS Project and PPM;
  • Records provided for in the project management framework (monitoring points, outstanding points, decision points, change requests, etc.);
  • Description sheets for the points of the different registers;
  • Records of deliverables, monitoring reports and validation register;
  • Risk management plan;
  • Progress report, accountability reports;
  • Agenda and meeting minutes;

Presentation material.

Requirements

  1. Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the field of information technology, computer science, administration, engineering or mathematics;
  2. Have two (2) years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator or project monitoring and control (PCO) advisor in the field of information technology.
  3. Have six (6) months of experience with the MS Project project planning tool.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
