As an Experienced Accounting Associate or Accounting Specialist, you will join a hyper-growth team at the heart of this transformation, with a portfolio of independent clients to manage independently and an active role in the evolution of our solution.

Responsibilities

• Trusted advice: You are the main contact for your clients on their tax, financial, legal and accounting issues — not an executor, a referent. Among them, a variety of files such as liberal professions, consultants, developers, independent HR, e-commerce companies, real estate agents and even holding companies.
• Manage your portfolio: You take charge of maintaining, reviewing and fulfilling your clients' tax obligations (VAT, tax packages, filing accounts), with tools designed to move quickly on what can be automated.
• Shapes our product: You are the link between your customers and our product team. Their feedback, their frustrations, their needs — you see them directly and you participate in the evolution of the Acasi solution.
• Contribute to closings: You work in a team on periodic accounting closings, ensuring the consistency and reliability of the accounts.
• Mentoring: You participate in the training of our junior profiles and act as a mentor for them.

Requirements

• Accounting training: DSCG, Master CCA, or EC memoirist — at any stage of your career.
• A first experience in a firm: 3 years minimum. You know the rhythm of deadlines and you are a source of suggestions for your team.
• Appetite for digital and AI: You are interested in how technology changes the profession — and you want to work in a firm that makes it an advantage, not a subject of fear.
• Want to build something: Acasi is not a fixed firm. You want to participate in what is being built — not just occupy a position.
• Languages: fluent French essential for customer relations. English B1 minimum — our teams and our tools are partly in English.
