Working student (m/f/d) - delivery partner acquisition & data maintenance

Important to know: This position consists of around 90% telephone calls (cold calling, follow-up) and the subsequent creation of data in our systems. If you're looking for a position with little phone work, this isn't the right position for you.

• Cold calling by telephone from transport companies as new delivery partners - from newly discovered companies (Slack channel) to installation in the system
• Initial qualification over the phone: fleet, vehicle types, area of application, capacities, basic requirements
• Telephone follow-up with companies that have not responded to our emails (e.g. because they ended up in the spam folder)
• Acquisition of transport companies for branch locations of our major customers as part of individual projects
• Maintain and update partner and contact information in our systems
• Documentation of discussions, results and follow-ups according to clear guidelines
• Control of multiple Slack channels with different acquisition tasks

• You are a registered student with a focus on logistics and can reliably work 20 hours a week - for us this is not an optional, but a must

You enjoy making calls and are characterized by your communicative style - that is the core of the position, not just a partial aspect of it. Expect several hours of telephone work every day

• You remain friendly even when you get a lot of “no”s
• Clear communication, clean documentation, reliability
• Structured way of working, good self-organization
• Fluent German (at least C1), English is a plus

-> We are looking for someone who is really interested in the topic of logistics and is also interested in continuing on a common path after completing their studies.
