The procurement team within our carrier division takes care of the procurement of transport partners and freight space for spot requests and fixed operations. As part of the procurement team, at the interface between the supply partner network and the customer, you will ensure that our partners receive suitable inquiries and our customers receive suitable offers. In this way, you contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Process inquiries: You record transport inquiries, clarify open issues and find the right transport solution.

Carrier shopping: You obtain offers from our delivery partners, negotiate prices and choose according to vehicle class, route, lead time and service level.

Act quickly and reliably: You work according to clear processes and give the customer reliable feedback.

Pricing & Offer: You calculate sales prices and actively offer our solution to customers.

Documentation: You maintain inquiries, prices and orders reliably in our system; good data quality is part of your job.

Strengthen network: You provide feedback on carrier performance and help to further develop our delivery partner network.

Help build processes: You and the team develop standards and processes from recurring cases.

your profile

Initial experience in freight forwarding, scheduling, transport logistics, purchasing freight space or a comparable role

You work structured and quickly and keep an overview.

You like to communicate, can negotiate and make decisions.

Understanding numbers: Prices, margins and simple calculations are no problem for you.

Confident use of digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, TMS etc.); Openness to new software and automation.

Flawless spoken and written German; You are confident in English, other languages are advantageous.

Reliability, ownership and proactive communication are a given for you.
